Axvia

Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

By using Axvia you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the app.

What Axvia is

A way to find small, soon plans near you and to meet the people on them. Axvia introduces people. It does not vet them, run the meetings, or take part in them.

Who can use it

You must be 16 or older, and you must give a real first name or the name people would recognise you by. One account per person.

Behaviour

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not:

Every plan, message, place and person can be reported from inside the app, and any person can be blocked. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove the accounts behind it. A removed account does not come back.

Meeting people

This is the part that matters most. Axvia does not verify anyone's identity or background. Meet in public. Tell someone where you are going. Leave if something feels wrong. You decide who to meet and you are responsible for that decision.

What you write

You keep what you write. You give us permission to show it to the people it is addressed to — the members of the plan you posted it in — for as long as your account exists.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete account. We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, and will do so without notice where someone's safety is involved.

No warranty, and limits

Axvia is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what happens between people who met through it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
